Our notice under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — what we process, the lawful basis, and your rights as a Data Principal.

Scope

This notice is provided under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and describes how Qweblo, acting as a Data Fiduciary, processes the personal data of Data Principals in India.

Data Fiduciary

Qweblo is the Data Fiduciary responsible for your personal data. You can reach our point of contact for data protection matters at qweblo.in@gmail.com.

Personal data and purpose

We process the contact details and project information you provide, and limited technical usage data, for the specified purposes of responding to your enquiry, providing our services, and running our website. We collect only what is necessary for these purposes.

Consent and withdrawal

By submitting your details you consent to this processing for the stated purposes. Your consent is free, specific, informed and unambiguous, and you may withdraw it at any time with the same ease with which it was given, by emailing us.

Rights of the Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to access a summary of your personal data and its processing, the right to correction and erasure, the right of grievance redressal, and the right to nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.

Grievance redressal

If you have a grievance about how your data is handled, write to us at qweblo.in@gmail.com with the subject “DPDP Grievance”. We will acknowledge and address it within the timelines prescribed under the Act. If unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Retention and security

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law, and we apply reasonable security safeguards to protect it. We will notify affected persons and the Board of a personal data breach as required.
