How Qweblo collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data, and the rights you have over it.

Who we are

Qweblo (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a web design and development studio based in India. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website and in the course of providing our services.

For any privacy question or request, contact us at qweblo.in@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us: when you submit the enquiry form or email us, we collect your name, email address and the project details you choose to share.

Information collected automatically: basic usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not send it to us through the website.

How we use your data

To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request; to operate, secure and improve our website; to send you information you have asked for; and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.

Legal basis and your consent

Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) applies, we process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you contact us, or for legitimate uses permitted by law.

You may withdraw your consent at any time; doing so will not affect processing already carried out.

Sharing and processors

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run our business — for example, form-handling (Web3Forms) and hosting (Vercel) providers — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service.

These providers are required to protect your data and use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where required by law.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and client data only for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver our services, and meet legal or accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction or completion of it, and its erasure; you may withdraw consent and raise a grievance.

To exercise any right, email qweblo.in@gmail.com. We will respond within the timelines required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
