Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations and refunds work for our design and development engagements.

Scope

This policy applies to paid services engaged with Qweblo, alongside the specific terms in your proposal or quote, which take precedence where they differ.

Deposits and milestones

Projects typically begin with a booking deposit and proceed in milestones. Deposits reserve our time and are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Cancellation by you

You may cancel an engagement in writing at any time. You remain responsible for fees for work completed and costs committed up to the cancellation date.

Refund eligibility

Where you have pre-paid for work not yet started, we will refund the unused portion after deducting any costs already incurred. Amounts for completed milestones, third-party purchases and non-refundable deposits are not refundable.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email qweblo.in@gmail.com with your project details. We aim to review eligible requests promptly and process approved refunds to your original payment method.
